The United States Federal Aviation Administration has said that a United Parcel Service cargo plane carrying around 38,000 gallons of fuel, crashed during takeoff at Louisville International Airport in Kentucky, with flames affecting nearby businesses. 
 
According to the reports, Seven people have been confirmed dead, at least 11 people are being treated for injuries, while others are missing. 
 
Reports also say that three crew members were on board who are all still unaccounted for. 
 
UPS has said they are “engaged” in the National Transportation Safety Board’s investigation of the accident, and remain “in close contact” with the Federal Aviation Administration.
