Two Hong Kong airport security staff have died following a cargo plane crash off a runway that hit their patrol vehicle and moved into the sea.
Reports say the flight was arriving from Dubai when it turned off the runway, crashed through the perimeter fencing and collided with the security vehicle, pushing it into the water.
The Airport officials insist that they gave the correct instructions to the plane and that there are signs on the runway to guide aircraft.
Airport operations executive director, Steven Yiu, says investigations have begun saying the weather, runway conditions, aircraft and its crew will all be looked at as part of the investigation.
