A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim, has claimed that President Bola Tinubu is aware that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will struggle to secure 20 per cent of votes in a truly free and fair election.
Olawepo-Hashim said this while speaking in a television interview, arguing that the APC’s alleged reluctance to embrace full electoral transparency suggests that they know they will struggle to win free and fair elections.
He said the APC’s refusal to the electronic transmission of results from the Polling Unit means that they are are afraid of the opposition, specifically, the PDP.
