Ten people have been confirmed dead and 33 others, missing after Continuous heavy rains began on Thursday and triggered flash floods in northwest China’s Gansu province.
Chinese President Xi Jinping made this known this Friday and has ordered immediate efforts to rescue the missing people.
He has also ordered all regions to overcome complacency and strengthen efforts to identify risks on time.
