Super Falcons captain Rasheedat Ajibade has expressed optimism that the team will have a positive outing at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, WAFCON.
Recall that Ajibade scored the winning goals in the friendly between Nigeria and the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon
Speaking on the backdrop of the victory, Ajibade says they are in a positive mood ahead of the 2024 WAFCON 2024 finals.
She says the team is in high spirits and are looking forward to the tournament, assuring that they will give their best.
Nigeria will face Tunisia, Botswana and Algeria in Group B at WAFCON 2024.
