Some stakeholders in Anambra state and supporters of former Governor, Willie Obiano have criticized the sitting state governor, Chukwuma Soludo, for taking credit for some legacy projects of the former governor.
One of the supporters, Nkemjika Ezioku, released a statement on behalf of the stakeholders, saying it is wrong for Soludo to take credit for already-completed projects because of some peripheral maintenance work done on the projects.
The stakeholders referred to the Anambra Cargo and Passengers Airport Road, which Soludo commissioned earlier this month, saying it was already fully completed and commissioned on February 24, 2022 by Obiano.
Recall that Soludo commissioned the road on the 7th of April and named it after Obiano.
