Super Eagles B coach Eric Chelle has acknowledged the quality of their opponents while expressing confidence in his team’s readiness as Nigeria prepares for their opening Group D clash against Senegal this Tuesday.
Chelle said this during Monday’s pre-match press conference, saying that it is not a derby but a game between two big footballing nations in Africa.
He stressed that his immediate focus remains on the opening fixture, saying that he doesn’t’ want to talk about Congo or Sudan for now.
Chelle also assured fans that preparations have gone well and that they aim to implement everything they have worked on when they face Senegal.
