A political group led by ex-Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola, named The Omoluabi Progressives, has said its members have resolved to quit the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The Organising and Publicity Secretary of Omoluabi Progressives, Oluwaseun Abosede, said this to newsmen, saying the decision to quit APC is the consensus of the stakeholders in the group.

Abosede says the decision was taken after the group approved an earlier resolution of members from the 332 wards across Osun State at its monthly meeting held on Sunday.

He says some of the reasons for the resolution include ostracisation from the party, suspension and expulsion of the group’s leaders without fair hearing, among others.
