The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has faulted President Bola Tinubu for conferring Nigerian second highest national honour of the Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger, on the visiting Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi
The Deputy National Youth Leader of the PDP, Timothy Osadolor, said this to newsmen on Sunday, saying the President’s action is misplaced priority.
However, the Deputy National Organising Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Chidi Duru says the President didn’t do anything new.
Duru says the award was bestowed on the Indian Prime Minister as a show of appreciation for their partnership and bilateral relationship.
