The Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Adewale Egbedun, has announced the introduction of two bills aimed at improving road safety and promoting entrepreneurship in the state.
Egbedun shared this on his official X handle this Tuesday, saying the bills include the Osun State Road and Vehicle Inspection Services Bill, 2024, and the Osun State Start-Up Bill, 2024
Egbedun says the Osun State Road and Vehicle Inspection Services Bill is designed to improve vehicle inspection standards across the state, thereby reducing accidents and enhancing safety on Osun roads.
He says the second bill, the Osun State Start-Up Bill, seeks to boost the local economy by fostering a vibrant start-up ecosystem and targets the creation of an enabling environment for young entrepreneurs and innovative ventures in the state.
