A multiple road crash involving a TATA bus and a mini bus has occurred at the Independence Tunnel inward Maryland along Ikorodu Road, resulting in the death of the mini bus driver.
The incident was disclosed by the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, on its X handle this Tuesday.
According to LASTMA, a tow truck has arrived at the scene for evacuation, while its Rescue and Recovery Team were on ground to handle vehicle removal and traffic control.
LASTMA also confirmed that transloading operations are ongoing following the fall of drums on the roadway at the Independence Tunnel on the road to Ojota.
