The labour party presidential candidate at the just concluded general elections, Peter Obi, has raised concerns about the ongoing power crisis following another collapse of the national grid.
Obi said on his X handle this Wednesday, saying that South Africa which is the second largest African economy has celebrated 7 months of uninterrupted power supply while Nigeria was still experiencing power grid collapse.
The grid which collapsed on Tuesday was 10th time the grid has collapsed from January 2024 till date.
Obi has now urged Nigerians to move past sentiments and instead focus on electing visionary leaders who can drive the country towards development.
