The presidential candidate of the Labor Party in the 2023 general elections, Peter Obi has called on Nigerian leaders to revive their commitment to the safety and security of all Nigerians.
Obi said this on X this Wednesday, saying the tragic murder of the Emir of Gobir, Isa Bawa and the continued insecurity in Nigeria has become very worrisome.
He says Nigeria needs to declare war on insecurity, food crisis, and poverty, saying what we need is decisive action, not empty promises.
Obi called on Nigerians to take collective responsibility for the welfare of the country, saying we cannot continue to stand by as our nation deteriorates.
