Spanish winger Nico Williams has signed a new 10-year contract with Athletic Bilbao.
Athletico Bilbao made the announcement via their website this Friday, saying that Williams has now extended his contract with them until 30th June, 2035.
Recall that his previous deal with Bilbao was scheduled to run out in 2027 and he had been linked with a move to Barcelona.
His new contract now includes a 50 percent increase on his previous release clause of about 62 million Euros.
