NBBF announces replacements for unavailable D'Tigers players ahead of FIBA Afro-Basket Qualifiers

The Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF) has announced the replacements for the unavailable D’Tigers players ahead of the 2025 FIBA Afro-Basket Qualifiers.

 

Favour Aboje, Israel Philip, and Johnson Anaye will now replace Michael Okiki, Patrick Abah and Azeez Sulaimon who are unavailable at the moment.

 

The 3rd window of the qualifier is set to take place in Tripoli, Libya, from February 17th to February 24th 2025.

 

Meanwhile, the camp of the Home-based players has opened in Abuja, which will run until February 16 while the foreign-based players will then join the selected home-based players in Tripoli, Libya, on February 17 for the final phase of camp and the competition.
