THE Edo state chapter of the Miners Association of Nigeria (MAN) has congratulated the governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo on his electoral victory urging him to address the issue of multiple taxation affecting them.
The chairman and Secretary of the association, Mike Okhumode and Fatai Jimoh, appealed to the Governor to be magnanimous in victory by operating an all-inclusive government for the purpose of developing that state.
The miners solicit the support of the new administration to help address the challenges in the sector in that state.
The miners also appealed to the people for support for the new government to succeed in building a new Edo.
