The Lagos State Police Command says it has arrested the suspected killer of a man who was found dead in a service apartment, about a month ago, in the Abule Egba area of the state.
Recall that on the 28th of March 2025, the body of a 65-year-old male victim was discovered in a service apartment and alongside the body, investigators recovered an empty syringe, two empty cans of malt drink, and two bottles of water.
The Lagos Police Spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin, says the suspected killer of the victim, 35-year-old Adeola Adewale, has now been arrested following intensive investigations by operatives of the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID).
Hundeyin says Adewale, who confessed to killing the victim by poisoning a malt drink and giving it to him, will be charged to court and prosecuted.
