The Kebbi State Government has formed a special committee to investigate the death of two children at the General Hospital, in Zuru.
The development was announced on Thursday, by the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the State Governor,
Yahaya Sarki.
The panel is expected to investigate the immediate and remote causes of the deaths, including allegations that the children may have been administered a wrongful injection.
It will also identify individuals connected to the incident, determine responsibility, and recommend measures to prevent a recurrence.
