One person has died and nine others injured in a series of Israeli strikes across southern Lebanon.

The Israeli military says it targeted alleged Hezbollah military installations on Thursday, as it accused he group of refusing to disarm in accordance with an agreement reached last year.

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, described the Israeli attack as a full-fledged crime under international humanitarian law.

He also said a year has passed since the ceasefire took effect, and during that period Israel has repeatedly rejected any negotiated settlement between the two countries.
