The Inspector General of Police, Olatunji Disu, has visited victims of the recent explosions in Maiduguri to sympathise with them on the incident.
Disu also visited scenes of the bomb blasts, as part of efforts to assess the situation and reinforce security measures in the area.
He further commiserated with victims and families affected by the incident, saying that security has been reinforced across the state to prevent further threats.
Disu also visited the Borno State Government House and the State Police Command Headquarters during the engagement.
