An ally of ex-Vice President Namadi Sambo and former Director General of the National Emergency Management Agency, Sani Sidi, has defected to the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Kaduna, along with several PDP supporters.
Kaduna state governor, Uba Sani and top APC officials welcomed Sidi and his supporters to the APC, on Wednesday at the International Trade Fair Complex in Kaduna.
Sani says Sidi’s decision to join the APC is not based on personal ambition but on a genuine desire to serve the people as he assured him of fairness and inclusivity.
Recall that Namadi Sambo defected to the APC, just yesterday.
