Finidi George Says His Players Were Nervous And Didn't Score

The coach of Rivers United, Finidi George, has said that his players were a bit nervous in the game played in Port-Harcout against Kano Pillars on Sunday.


Rivers United secured a 1-0 win over Kano Pillars. Finidi said his players were nervous instead of pushing for a second goal, saying they are happy for the victory.


The win returned Rivers United to the top of the league with 29 points from 15 matches.
