Ezeokenwa Calls on INEC to Recognize him as APGA Chairman

A Factional National Chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Sly Ezeokenwa has said he remains the authentic national chairman of the Party.

Ezeokenwa said this to newsmen this Wednesday, saying the Supreme court never declared Edozie Njoku as APGA national chairman.

He says there was no ruling nullifying the convention that produced him as the national chairman, saying the Federal Capital Territory High Court ruling quoted by Njoku to defend his stance, was made on the activities of the former National Chairman, Victor Oye, and not his tenure, which started.

Ezeokenwa says the Supreme court has also released another letter in August 2024 clarifying that he is indeed the national chairman of the party, not Njoku.

Ezeokenwa called on INEC to correct their misrepresentation and declare him the rightful national chairman of APGA.
