Everton have had an offer of 27 million pounds rejected for 19-year-old Southampton winger, Tyler Dibling.
Everton is however expected to make an improved interest in the England Under-21 international.
Meanwhile, Dibling has also attracted interest from a number of Premier League clubs after scoring twice in 33 Premier League appearances for relegated Southampton last season.
