Former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, has reportedly been taken into custody by the Department of State Services, DSS.
Reports say following the completion of his bail conditions, Malami left Kuje Prison, but the DSS officials arrested him shortly after.
Recall that Malami had alleged that the DSS was carrying out surveillance at the correctional centre in a bid to re-arrest him.
Reports also say Malami is facing a fresh probe by the DSS and that during a search of his country home in Kebbi by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), some arms were discovered.
