The Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed, has relieved the Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Ibrahim Gambo Galadima, of his appointment as a member of the State Executive Council.
The Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the Governor, Mukhtar Gidado, made the announcement to news men this Monday.
Mukhtar noted that the governor approved a minor reshuffle in the composition of the State Executive Council, resulting in Galadima’s immediate removal.
He added that Governor Mohammed expressed appreciation to Galadima for his contributions to the state during his tenure and wished him success in his future endeavours, while reassuring residents of Bauchi State of his administration’s continued commitment to peace, security and good governance.
