Anambra First Lady Visits IDP camp, donates relief materials to flood victims

The wife of the Anambra State governor, Nonye Soludo, has donated relief materials to one of the holden camps in the state where people displaced by flood are taking shelter.

She visited Central School, Odekpe in Ogbaru Local Government Area of the state, on Wednesday, and assured them of continuous government assistance to ensure that they are well taken care of.

She urged them to use this difficult time to explore the gains of the community while also appealing to other well-to-do individuals to reach out to those at the different Holden centers in the State.

Recall that the Anambra state government activated about 27 holden camps, where displaced flood victims from communities affected by the flood can take refuge.
