The Senate Minority Leader and representative of Benue South Senatorial District, Abba Moro, has congratulated the immediate past Governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom, former Minister of Information, Labaran Maku, former Niger State Governor, Babangida Aliyu, and others on their appointment to the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP).
Moro described the appointments as well-deserved, saying he is confident in the appointees’ capacity to contribute meaningfully to the growth and repositioning of the party.
He particularly praised Ortom’s inclusion on the board, highlighting his wealth of experience and firm commitment to the ideals of the PDP.
He further pledged his unwavering support for the PDP and the Board of Trustees, assuring that he remains committed to efforts aimed at restoring the party’s relevance and electoral success.
