A Three-storey Building Collapse In Anambra State

A three-storey building located beside Tonimas Filling Station in Amokpala, Oko in Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State, has collapsed this Monday.
Although the exact number of casualties has not been confirmed, eyewitnesses said the building came down while students were inside.
Reports says that officials of the Anambra State Fire Service, the Anambra State Emergency Management Agency and other emergency responders are currently carrying out rescue operations.
The spokesman for the Anambra State Police Command, Tochukwu Ikenga, has confirmed the inciden lt this Monday, and urged residents to remain calm while rescue efforts continued.
