Two Israeli embassy staff have been shot dead outside a Jewish Museum in downtown Washington DC.
Officials says the person shot were a couple, a man and a woman, and they were killed while leaving an event focused on helping Gazans at the Capital Jewish Museum.
The Police says the shooter has been detained and identified as 30-year-old Elias Rodriguez
Police also say he shouted “free Palestine” after being taken into custody, prompting investigations into potential ties to terrorism.
