Ahead of the quarter-final fixture of the 2022 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations, Super Falcons head coach Randy Waldrum says his team must be at their utmost best to beat Cameroon

The Super Falcons are set to tackle the Indomitable Lioness of Cameroon, at the Stade Mohamed V, Casablanca this Thursday.

The Super Falcons have never lost to Cameroon at the WAFCON, however, Waldrum says history of past encounters between both countries will not play any part when both teams play this time around.

He says they have to win it on merit, based on the work we put in at the end of the day, and not on Nigeria’s past encounters.

Also, Super Falcons defender Osinachi Ohale says she and her teammates are aware of what is at stake, in today’s quarter-final clash with Cameroon.
