The United States Department of Homeland Security has announced plans to deport at least 124 Nigerians listed among what it described as the “worst of the worst” criminal aliens in the country.

DHS explained that the deportations were part of ongoing immigration enforcement,saying that those listed had been convicted of serious crimes.

DHS however did not disclose the specific offences committed by each individual or when the deportations would be carried out.

It will be recalled that DHS published the names and photographs of the Nigerians and other foreign nationals on its website on Wednesday,however it remains unclear when they will be deported.
