Nigerian international, Samuel Chukwueze scored a late goal on Wednesday as AC Milan beat Newcastle United 2-1 at St. James’ Park in their last Champions League match.

Chukwueze scored in the 84th minute of the match to win it for AC Milan.

Recall Newcastle was on its way to the round of 16 while Paris St. Germain was losing in Germany to Borussia Dortmund.

However, Milan overtook Newcastle in the second half and will have to settle for a Europa League spot for finishing third.
