President Bola Tinubu has sacked the six Managing-Directors and Directors- General in the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development.

The affected directors include the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau, amongst others.

Tinubu also approved the commencement of a thorough process to be conducted by the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development to recruit a substantive Vice-Chancellor and other principal officers of the African Aviation and Aerospace University.
