President Bola Tinubu, on Monday said that public perception of the judicial process had not always been favourable, cautioning Nigerian judges to do all within their power to stop corruption, and ensure justice is not for the highest bidder.
Tinubu gave the charge in Abuja while declaring open the 2025 All Nigerian Judges’ Conference.
He said the strength and honour of the judiciary rested in proper and unequivocal interpretation of the constitution.
Tinubu urged judges to always consider the larger picture of a united and more prosperous nation when carrying out their responsibilities.
