The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu has condemned the planned nationwide protests, calling it a disservice to Africa.

Kalu made this known in an interview with newsmen this Friday, saying protest will not bring the solutions Nigerians desire.

He called on Nigerians to seek peaceful conflict resolution processes and discussions instead of protesting.

Kalu also says Nigeria should not follow the footsteps of Kenya, saying if a Nigerians protest, other African countries will follow suit as Nigeria plays a big brother role in Africa.
He asked Nigerians to be patient with the current administration, saying President Tinubu is seeking patience to correct the 16 years of PDP rule in Nigeria.
