Following the rising insecurity in the country, the Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Lucky Irabor, says the military is implementing new strategies that will bring an end to the scourge in Nigeria.
He also says the military is working on upgrading the intelligence management procedures of the defence and security sector to strengthen the overall security architecture in the country.
