The Director-General, Budget Office of the Federation, Ben Akabueze, has disclosed that the Executive Budget proposal will be submitted to the National Assembly (NASS) by September 2022 following President Muhammadu Buhari’s directive to get the 2023 Appropriation Bill passed and signed into law by December 31, 2022.
