Super Eagles Hit by Four Withdrawals, Left With 21 Players Ahead of Clash with Jordan

Report says that Nigeria’s national team, the Super Eagles, have suffered setback ahead of their international friendly against Jordan, with 21 players available in the squad for this Tuesday’s encounter against Jordan.

Defenders Calvin Bassey, Semi Ajayi and Bruno Onyemaechi, along with goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, have all left camp for varying reasons.

Onyemaechi’s departure, however, is for personal reasons, having been granted permission to leave camp following the birth of his child.

Super Eagles media officer Promise Efoghe, confirmed this development.
