Strait of Hormuz Records Highest Ship Attacks Since War Began
Security data emerging from the Strait of Hormuz has shown that ar least ten vessels have been attacked in or near the Strait since Sunday, which is the highest number of ships to be attacked since the war began.

This is according to data from security firm Vanguard, the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and the British maritime agency UKMTO.

Maritime sources also say two seafarers have been reported missing, and a container ship reportedly sank as a result of recent attacks.

The attacks have disrupted shipping through the strait, which is normally one of the busiest routes for exporting oil and other commodities from Gulf countries.
