Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani, has said that his administration has not borrowed any money since he assumed office, despite servicing loans inherited from previous administrations.
Sani said this to newsmen on Thursday, while responding to questions about his administration’s spending and the state’s increased revenue.
He says that Kaduna State currently pays about ₦6.7 billion monthly to service inherited loans.
Sani also described his administration as successful, citing achievements in agriculture, education, infrastructure, skills development and security.
