The National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Felix Morka, has criticised the Peoples Democratic Party, for calling for what he described as a foreign invasion of Nigeria.
According to the reports, the new factional chairman of the PDP, Tanimu Turaki, while addressing news men over the crisis ravaging his party, called on foreign powers to intervene in Nigeria to save the country from alleged “Christian genocide” and to protect democracy.
Reacting to his speech, the APC spokesperson said Turaki appeared desperate, confused, and grossly lacking in stamina and capacity to manage his party’s crisis.
Morka further called on the international community to dismiss the PDP’s disgraceful and unpatriotic call as a pitiful distraction from the failure of its internal democracy.
