The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), Didi Walson-Jack has appeared before the House of Representatives ad hoc committee investigating the circumstances surrounding the establishment of the disputed Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council (PFIPC).
The 12-member committee was inaugurated on Monday to also probe the process through which it was included in the 2026 budget.
It is also to probe the alleged allocation of ₦1.3 billion which lawmakers described as an illegal government agency in the 2026 Appropriation Act.
Similarly, The Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, also honoured an invitation by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) as part of the ongoing investigation into the activities of the Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council (PFIPC).
