An accident on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway involving a commercial bus and a truck has killed one person.

The spokesperson for the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, in Ogun State, Florence Okpe, informed newsmen this Friday that the incident, which occurred after Danco filling station, was caused by over speeding and dangerous driving.

Okpe says three male adults were involved in the crash, and while one person died in the crash, the two others were rescued with no injuries.

She said the corpse has been deposited at the Idera morgue in Sagamu, Ogun State.
