The Ondo State Government has suspended the general manager of Sunshine Stars, Tunde Ogunja.

The suspension of Ogunja was announced by the Commissioner for Youth Development and Sports, Sara Yusuf-Ogunleye, on Tuesday.

Yusuf-Ogunleye stated that the decision is part of the bid to reposition the club.

The Sunshine Stars have been winless in their last five games.
