The Obi of Onitsha, Nnaemeka Achebe, has endorsed the non-kinetic approach of resolving the violence in the south east region of the country.

recall the approach is being campaigned by the Peace in South East Project (PISE-P) initiated by the members of the National Assembly from the region led by the deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu.

Earlier, the deputy speaker, Kalu said that PISE-P was conceived to address the sociological challenges in the south east.

 Meanwhile, PISE-P is expected to be formally unveiled in Bende Local Government Area of Abia State on December 29, 2023.
