There are reports that More than 65 civilians have been killed in Idlib and nearby cities by government forces and Russia this month.

A nurse was killed and a doctor and driver seriously injured on Monday as a result of a guided rocket attack by Syrian regime forces on a car carrying a medical team on a road connecting Benish and Taft-anaz in the Idlib countryside.

The Syria Civil Defence, the White Helmets, has said that the aerial and artillery attacks carried out in the region by Russia and the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad involved the use of internationally prohibited flammable and cluster weapons.
