The Federal Government has said Nigeria is redeeming the $12 million pledge it made in 2019 towards the Global Fund’s investment case to combat HIV, tuberculosis (TB) and malaria globally.

It assured all that while the country aligns with the Global Fund’s target to raise at least $18 billion to the 2023-2025 funding cycle to save 20 million lives and reduce mortality of HIV, TB and Malaria by 65 per cent, Nigeria remains committed to increasing domestic resources for health and disease programs.
