A large number of women from across the 13 local government areas of Nasarawa state under the Nasarawa Coalition for Justice, have organized a prayer rally in support of the governorship candidate of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, David Ombugadu, who is challenging the victory of Governor Abdullahi Sule of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the March 18 governorship election.

A leader of the group, Hanatu John, says the rally is to pray to God to grant the PDP candidate, Ombugadu, a favourable judgment at the tribunal.

Recall that the Nasarawa State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal has scheduled this Monday, September 25, to deliver on the suit filed by Ombugadu.
