Governor of Enugu State, Peter Mbah, has received 17-year old Israel Echezona, who emerged the overall best candidate in the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria, entrance examination.

Mbah while congratulating him, on Monday said that the gesture is in line with his administration’s drive to equip the children and youths of that state with the requisite education and skills to excel in life.

He also said that the state will not only offset the N23.2m initial fee, but also take charge of all remaining financial obligations until the recipient completed the programme.

In reaction Echezona pledged to make Enugu State proud, saying that the governor has shown that there is hope for Nigeria.
